There are many forms of communication but the voice and faculty of speech help define us as individuals and for most people are essential to their social and working lives. At The Harley ENT Practice we have a wealth of experience in the management of voice and swallowing problems including the professional and performing voice. We are able to screen for cancers of the larynx (‘voice-box’) and pharynx (‘throat’) and arrange appropriate investigations and treatments through a multidisciplinary cancer team. We also have the largest UK experience in the management of subglottic and tracheal airway stenosis and helping patients with long-term tracheostomies.
