Prior to your appointment at Harley ENT Practice, if insured, it is a requirement that we receive a referral letter from your GP or referring surgeon/physician. This can be faxed or emailed to us (see contact details.) If your GP has given you the letter please present it to either Mr Sandhu’s or Mr Saleh’s PA when you arrive. If you are a patient with a personal recommendation it is preferable that you get in touch with your GP first so that we have all the relevant medical information and a referral letter in advance. If you have other medical reports, test or investigation results and a list of your medications, please bring them along to your appointment (this helps to avoid unnecessary duplication and may assist the treatment).
At Harley ENT Practice we often see patients from overseas. If an interpreter is needed you are advised to contact your relevant Embassy, however, The International Office at The London Clinic offers a service which may assist this requirement. If your treatment is being sponsored by your country’s medical attaché or your employer it is important that you provide us with a copy of the letter of guarantee or sponsorship document on the day of your appointment or preferably prior to this.
